How did they sell?
16 sold for cash - with sold prices from $430,000 to $2,250,000
25 sold with a mortgage - with sold prices from $370,000 to $1,550,000
1 sold for something of value that was not identified, listed only as Other and valued at $550,000
The point is, even with rates at +/- 6%, buyers are getting mortgages, or at least they were 30 - 60 days ago when these mortgages were taken.
Also, the MSP for the 42 sold is $805,000 in 14.5 DOM,
