+15% is a big jump but it's also the result of sales for just 30 days, (IMO) too short a time period to bank on. Except the supporting numbers are also pretty impressive. They sold for 99.94%/original list price in 6 MDOM. It doesn't get much better than that. We'll see what happens in the next month or two.
