7 were priced from $625,000 to $849,000
4 from $1,100,000 to $2,350,000
And that's it, nothing priced under $600k went to contract
And why is that?
- Very few for sale, just 15 today
- High interest rates
- homes priced up to $600k are a shrinking segment of the market. Over the last few years they've been inflated into the $700 to $900k, or higher, price range.
