The number of homes for sale continues to inch up, this morning there are 129 single family homes for sale in the Catalina Foothills. Last week there were 119 and the week before that there were 112 for sale.

It felt like it would never happen but the weather is finally perfect. And as you may have noticed from the increase in vehicles on the roads and customers in the shops and restaurants, snowbirds are here already with more arriving everyday - La Encantada, Joesler Village, St Phillips Plaza and Casas Adobes Plaza are all mobbed.
