The number of homes for sale continues to inch up, though just barely. This morning there are 134 single family homes for sale while last week there were 129 and the week before that there were 119 for sale.
During that time (from10/29 til now) a lot of other changes took place;
there were 54 new listings, 34 homes went to contract, 9 listings were cancelled and 9 others were withdrawn. And 12 listings that were withdrawn or cancelled came back on the market.
And now, with the dust settled, there are still just 134 single family homes for sale in The Foothills Today.

But it's not like we haven't been here before.
Last November there were 140 for sale / Nov 2021 103 for sale / Nov 2020 132 for sale V the prior to Covid more normal market of Nov 2019 with 268 for sale & 305 in Nov 2018. The difference is this market has the double whammy of very low inventory combined with very high interest rates.
