The inventory of homes for sale is holding pretty steady at +/- 132 SFR homes for sale, of which 74 are priced up to $999,999 and 58 are priced at $1m+. (Links will expire on 1/8/2024) The # of homes for sale will fluctuate as homes go to contract, sell and/or leave the market for various reasons.
8 new listings this past week, 2 of which went from being a new listing to going to contract to selling all since Monday, 12/4.
6 homes went to contract so far this week, including the 2 noted above.
And that's about it.
The market is slowing down for the Holidays, for Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year and .....
