14 went to contract in 13 to 65 DOM
= a moderate 53 MDOM
10 went to contract in 69 to 160 days + 1 at 689 DOM
= a pretty slow 120 MDOM
Click thru the links and you will see that homes that went to contract quickly or slowly or in between are pretty well spread out at all price ranges. Also, homes that went to contract the quickest, in 0 - 10 DOM, represent 44% of all contracts while the slowest to contract (69 - 160 DOM) represented 22% of all contracts.
