That's it, in a nutshell. Some good, some not so good. The Foothills housing market has undergone a significant shift in recent years. And yet, thru it all, the enduring appeal of this special place, the Catalina Foothills, remains strong, driven by its unique location, the magic of the mountains and the desirable lifestyle it affords residents. And while the market will undoubtedly rise and fall in the future the appeal of Foothills living will remain.
That said, Here's hoping for a more balanced and normal market for all of us in 2024.
