9 were listed from $625,000 to $989,000
4 from $1,500,000 to $1,750,000
Gone are the days when just about everything went to contract in the blink of an eye. And though plenty of homes are still going to contract very quickly, in 2 to 5 or 6 days, there are also plenty of others taking much longer.
Take the 13 homes noted above, they took,
3, 8, 5, 60, 3, 4, 3, 4, 194, 74, 84, 4 & 205 DOM to go to contract.
And pricewise, the lowest priced home, at $625k, took 205 DOM while 2 of the highest priced homes ($1.5m - $1.75m) went to contract in just 4 DOM.
These days, if you find an attractive home that is new to the market, in a good location on a good lot and reasonably priced there's a good chance you're not the only buyer with their eye on it.
