And not surprisingly YTD the MSP is UP 14% this year V. 2022 and UP 17% V. 2023.
Not surprisingly because 36% of the homes sold this year sold at $1m+ V. 30% in 2022 and 26% in 2023. And to boot there are 37 homes in contract listed from $1m to $3.650m most of which will be closing in the next 2 -5 weeks or so.
