A flip-flop week for contacts from the week of 5/6 - 5/12 when there were just 3 contracts under $1m causing me to wonder if the market was slowing down for our usually slower summer season. But I jumped the gun, 9 homes under $1m going to contract last week does not look like a summer slowdown.
