# of homes sold are up 14% from 2023 / Sold Prices are up 12% from 2023 / DOM and % of Sold Price/List Price are marginally different. With more sales and higher sold prices this year over last year it's safe to say that the market is doing well.
If you combine these numbers with a look at the Market Snapshot you should get a pretty good idea of where the market was and where it is so far this year.
Though, keep in mind that home sales numbers are a lagging indicator, a snapshot of the market in the past when the deal was made between the buyer and seller which typically takes place 30 - 45 days before the sale closes and the sold numbers become available.
