Sales of homes at $1m+ continue to gain market share while lesser priced homes, those priced up to $999k, continue to lose market share

All these million $$$$ homes did not just sprout up from the desert. A lot of the growth in the $1m+ market is due to homes that were previously priced under -$1m, some well under, and thru the forces of supply & demand got inflated into the +$1m side of the market. And while prices won't continue to rise forever, at this time they show no meaningful signs of stopping.
