The market's resilience is impressive. Despite the new NAR Rules implemented on Monday August 5th, 10 homes went to contract and 16 new listings came on the market that week. Clearly, the NAR changes haven't put much of a dent, if any, in the momentum of the Foothills market. Stay tuned!
