From May 1st to today, June 6th, a notable shift is occurring in the Catalina Foothills market: 105 price cuts have hit the roughly 215 homes currently listed for sale. This isn't a minor adjustment; it's a median reduction of -$50,000, or 5.07% overall.
And they aren't just a few isolated cases. The 105 homes span the entire Foothills market, listed from $380,000 to $7,500,000. They represent virtually every style, size, age, condition and price of Foothills homes, and is another warning sign of a shifting market.
