Realtor.com is still forecasting a 12.37% increase in home prices from 2024 to 2025 in 85718 / 85750.
still? back in January they were forecasting a 12.37% increase and apparently they're sticking to it.
So far:
2024 - MSP $840,000
2025 - MSP $860,000 +2.38%
With YTD median sold prices UP just 2.38% over 2024 it's hard to see prices rising (anywhere near)10% in the next 6 months. Especially with Jan - May, the busiest time of year, behind us.
Pls note - Since Realtor.com median selling prices for 85718/85750 are ($662k/$702k) much lower than $840k/$860k I assume their numbers include townhomes, condos & single family and maybe even vacant lots - while my numbers are correct and include only single family.
